"DebitNote / Direct" is a paymentmodule for Virtuemart 1.1.3, where the Fields "Firstname / Name / AccountNr / BankCode / Bankname" are displayed at Paymentmethod-Selection and not, as default, at the Userdetails.

The package is a mix of the payment module and a hack to include the required fields, it was taken out but keep it as simple as possible.
