.Net-Control for Database based PDF generating (dynamic contents). It includes a WYSIWYG-Editor to design and format the documents. It also includes an additional Editor to set/make Fields available at WYSIWYG and PDF.

It is an interface classes available that provides you features and functions to link and generate PDF documents with the data source. Available data sources are Access (OleDb), MySql (-Client), MS Sql (-Client) and, of course Odbc. To generate the PDF's itext is used.
The .Net Libray is used in some projects of mine and is registered at SourceForge as a project.

Structure:
  • Editor-Control (to define the fields for the different documents)
  • Designer-Control (the WYSIWYG-Editor)
  • Field-Module (classes for the available Fields: Bild, Table, Text, ...)
  • Data-Module (classes to handle the data and the pdf output; Print / Read / Write)
  • Interface-Klasse (these class manage all and provides the interface for the usage of the Libary)

Technical:
  • Created with .Net 2.0
  • Uses itext for PDF generation
  • Data-Providers are: OleDb (Access), MySqlClient (MySql); SqlClient (MsSql) and Odbc (for all other)
  • Each PDF is splittet in two pages, the startpage and all other pages
