The Timeout console application is a little tool,
that can be used if the original Microsoft "timeout.exe" is not available on your System.
The programm creates a delay in seconds at your e.g. Batch- or VBScript's.

The Tools uses a implemented timer and don't needs much resources during the waiting-process.
It don't needs other Libraries and can be used on all Windows-Systems from Windows 2000.

TIMEOUT Delay [/NOOUT]
 
Parameters:
     Delay       Time to elapse in seconds.
                 Must be higher than 0.
